Graeme Higgs and Doug Reid started Network Realty Services in 1986. In the beginning Network's primary focus was in commercial real estate and property management - two fields that are still very important to Graeme and Doug. Network then grew into the development of new homes and residential land. It became clear that it was time to consider branching into residential real estate brokerage. Graeme and Doug decided that if Network could associate itself with dedicated, real estate agents it would be a wise decision. In 1995, Network Realty Services began it's residential real estate services.

Graeme is the broker for Network Realty. He began his career in 1978 and has had extensive experience in all brands of real estate, from residential and multi residental sales to commercial leasing and brokerage. He has also initiated and developed various real estate projects over the years, and brings valuable knowledge to his clients and agents.

In 1989 he formed Network Realty with Doug Reid and the two have developed it into a well respected full service realty company.

James Higgs has recently moved back to Halifax from Edmonton where he was Sr. Personal Banker for a national bank for the last three years.  He was able to receive his Business Management Diploma and Personal Financial Planner.  James received the 'Best of the Best' award from Scotiabank for sales.  His knowledge of financing and customer training is a great asset, he has now switched his focus to real estate where he provides excellent customer service and well rounded market analysis.  James is a motivated individual that always keeps his clients needs a top priority.

John Havill was born, raised and educated in Halifax. In 1981 he received a BBA Degree.

John knows the residential real estate industry from all sides. He was in a home building industry from 1984 until 1996 and is the past president of the Nova Scotia Home Builder Association. John won Nova Scotia's Outstanding Builder Award in 1991. Since deciding to concentrate entirely on real estate, John received the gold and silver MLS Awards several times when the Halifax Dartmouth Real Estate Board awarded them.

John's service is consistently reliable and knowledgeable and he always keeps his clients' best interests as his top priority.

John has been specializing in the new and resale condominium market at the prestigious Bedford Waterfront since December 1995 and is the project's exclusive listing agent.  John is also involved in Kidston Estates, a new single family development here in Halifax. John is an avid golfer and he and his family have lived in Glen Arbour for the past 9 years.
